it's been fun being part of Europe. The company was wonderful, the food great, the chance to travel unhindered through borders superb, the culture stupendous.

Alas, alas.

However the bankers need looked after. The Square Mile is the most important piece of the whole planet.
What would we do without the income?
Who would we look up to?
How would the political parties be funded?
Who could the politicians be answerable to?
Would the sun still rise?
Would there be any joy in the world?

Apparently Nick Clegg is furious about this. Frankly I don't care how fucking furious he is, it pales into insignificance with my towering rage.

I do not give a shit about the Square Mile. My income is not dependant on that and the bastards will already have stolen my pension before I get it.

I care about the hundreds and thousands who will be unemployed and possibly starving if we are SO INCREDIBLY EGOTISTICAL AND JINGOISTICALLY ARROGANT to think the Americans will even speak to us if we are out of Europe.

We aren't Norway. We squandered the oil massaging Thatchers ego. We aren't Iceland as there isn't a politician in this country with guts.

I live in a country where it is LEGAL to charge 4000% on short term loans.
I live in a country with damn near more CCTV cameras than people.
I live in a country where the USA can demand we hand over citizens who have committed no crime in this country for sentencing into the US dungeons.

If I may offer some gentle advice to our supposed leaders, and maybe a Merchant Bankster will read this,
GET A FUCKING GRIP!
We are a small wet island off the North coast of Europe.
